Common Topics

Themes from recent conversations with supporting quotes from calls.

Win Probability

Deals show a Win Probability label based on engagement and historical patterns:

  • Very Unlikely (0–25%)

  • Unlikely (25–50%)

  • Likely (50–75%)

  • Very Likely (75–100%)

Use this to prioritize follow-up and focus on higher-probability deals.

External Research

AI-generated research about the account:

  • Company background – Overview of the company

  • Financial highlights – Revenue, growth, and financial metrics

  • Market analysis – Industry and competitive context

  • Recent developments – News and updates

  • Key findings – Important insights for the deal

Use Regenerate to refresh the research.

Shared Assets & Analytics

Track how content shared with a deal performs:

  • Views over time – How often shared content is viewed

  • Active users – Who has viewed it

  • Most viewed content – Top shared assets

Use this to see what resonates and refine your content strategy.

Live Call Scorecards

Scorecards evaluate calls against criteria you define. They can:

  • Run automatically on imported calls (Gong, Zoom)

  • Use AI to score and explain results

  • Be configured with evaluation areas and criteria

  • Exclude short calls or voicemails

On the Meetings tab, open a meeting to see its scorecard results, scores by category, and suggested improvements.

Recommended Actions Table

On the main Compass view, the Recommended Actions table shows:

  • Suggested next steps across all deals

  • Action type (email, schedule call, prepare call)

  • Deal and contacts

  • Schedule date and status

Filter by action type, mark actions complete, and manage follow-ups from one place.

Pipeline View

Deals grouped by stage (e.g., Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation):

  • Each column shows deals in that stage

  • Total value per stage

  • Next scheduled action per deal

Use this to see deal flow and focus on stages that need attention.

AI Coach from Deals

For Prepare Call actions, you can create an AI Coach session that:

  • Uses deal context (customer, contacts, sentiment)

  • Builds a practice scenario for the upcoming call

  • Lets you role-play with AI before the meeting

You receive an email when the AI Coach content is ready.

Copilot (Deal Context)

On a deal page, the Copilot uses deal context to:

  • Answer questions about the deal

  • Suggest follow-ups

  • Summarize meetings and insights

Ask questions in natural language to get deal-specific answers.

Import & Create Deals

  • Import from Salesforce – Sync opportunities from Salesforce (when connected)

  • Create Deal – Add deals manually with name, amount, stage, close date, account, and products

Imported deals stay in sync with Salesforce. Manual deals can be edited or deleted in Compass.
