Compass
Compass
VP Sales Command Center
Description: Introduced a new dashboard-style Compass home page designed for VPs and Sales Managers. The view surfaces a complete picture of team performance, pipeline health, and AI-driven deal signals — all in one place. It displays total pipeline value, deals at risk, revenue booked, projected revenue, and quota attainment, alongside aggregated rep activity such as emails and meetings.
Solution & Impact: Sales leaders can now drill down from an org-wide view all the way to an individual AE or deal, with AI insights prioritized by ARR impact and relevant external signals surfaced for each account. This replaces the previous Compass landing page with a purpose-built command center that scales to support large organizations with thousands of sellers.
Customizable Deal View Fields
Description: Users can now control which fields appear on the deal view in Compass. Any field can be hidden or re-added through a settings interface, reducing visual clutter for teams that don't use every available field.
Solution & Impact: Hidden fields are never deleted — the underlying data is preserved and any field can be re-enabled at any time. Field visibility settings persist across sessions, giving each organization a cleaner, more focused deal view tailored to how they actually work.
Glyphic Integration
Description: Letter AI now integrates with Glyphic, enabling call recordings from Glyphic to be automatically pulled into deal rooms without any manual downloading or uploading. Glyphic's AI-powered call insights are used to populate and update Mutual Action Plans within Letter AI, and content recommendations are informed by intelligence from those call recordings.
Solution & Impact: Sales teams using Glyphic can now keep their deal rooms up to date automatically, with richer AI-driven context drawn directly from real conversation data. This creates a tighter feedback loop between call intelligence and deal execution, improving the quality of recommendations and reducing manual work for reps.

View By Filter on Overall Content Tables
Description: The View By dropdown — previously available only on the WoW engagement graph — is now available across all tables in Overall Content analytics, including Expiring Content, Top Content, Stale Content, and Content Governance.
Solution & Impact: Admins can now slice any content table by the same dimensions available in the engagement graph, making it easier to analyze content health and governance by team, region, or access group without switching views.

AI Coach
Pending Review Status for AI Coaching Submissions
Description: When Skip Evaluation is enabled on an AI Coaching assignment, learners who have submitted their session now see a Pending Review status instead of being marked Overdue while awaiting manual manager evaluation.
Solution & Impact: Learners are no longer shown misleading Overdue indicators after submitting. This reduces confusion, improves the learner experience, and gives managers a clearer picture of who has submitted versus who hasn't started.
