Compass

Configurable Compass Deal Tabs

  • Description: Owners can now configure which tabs appear in Compass Deals for their organization. Tabs can be toggled on or off to match each team's workflow and reduce overlap with other tools.

  • Solution & Impact: Organizations can streamline the Compass deal view to show only what's relevant, reducing noise and improving adoption across teams with varied toolsets.

Slack Channel–Deal Association

  • Description: Users can now link one or more Slack channels directly to a Compass deal. Conversations from linked channels are surfaced as deal context alongside call recordings, emails, and document uploads.

  • Solution & Impact: Deal insights now incorporate Slack discussions, giving reps and managers a more complete picture of every deal without leaving Compass.

Summary Metrics Drill-Down Deal View

  • Description: Clicking a summary metric card in the Compass VP view now filters the Kanban board to show only the relevant deals.

  • Solution & Impact: VPs and managers can move from high-level metrics to specific deals in a single click, making pipeline reviews faster and more actionable.

Rep Dashboard in Compass

  • Description: Introduced a dedicated Compass dashboard for individual reps, accessible by Owners, Admins, and Managers. The view includes quota attainment, activity trends (emails, meetings, calls, share links), a deals table grouped by stage, and an AI-generated quarterly summary.

  • Solution & Impact: Managers can now assess rep performance, identify at-risk deals, and prepare for 1:1s directly within Compass.

Clari Copilot Integration

  • Description: Integrated Clari Copilot into Compass as a supported call recording source, alongside Gong and Chorus. Call recordings from Clari are now ingested and surfaced within deal context.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams using Clari can now take advantage of full Compass deal intelligence without switching tools, keeping all call insights in one centralized place.

Content

Continuous PDF Document View Setting

  • Description: Added a toggle in the block configuration for embedded PDF blocks (available across AI Sales Rooms, ILP, IL, and VBL). Creators can now control whether a gap appears between pages in the PDF preview.

  • Solution & Impact: Content authors have more control over the PDF reading experience, enabling a cleaner, scroll-through presentation for document-heavy content.

Replace Uploaded Content via Integrations

  • Description: Users can now replace an existing uploaded asset with a new file from a local source or an integration such as Google Drive, without deleting the original Letter asset. Learner progress and existing content links are preserved.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams can keep content up to date without breaking existing assignments, shortcuts, or learner progress—especially useful for organizations with frequently updated materials.

AI Sales Rooms

Multi-Language Support in AI Sales Rooms

  • Description: Expanded the language dropdown in AI Sales Rooms to support all available languages. Selecting a language automatically configures the AI agent's responses to the chosen language.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins and owners can now create localized sales rooms from day one, improving global reach and reducing manual setup for international teams.

Analytics

Active/Inactive User Filter in Analytics

  • Description: Added a User Status filter (Active / Deactivated) to the analytics Filter By dropdown.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins can now generate accurate completion metrics that account for all users—active or not—eliminating data gaps in reporting.
