Compass
Multi-Currency Deal Values
Description: Compass now displays deal values in each rep's native currency, matching what they see in Salesforce. Individual rep views automatically reflect the currency configured in their Salesforce environment.
Solution & Impact: Global sales teams no longer encounter confusing mismatches between Compass and Salesforce. Reps can trust the numbers they're seeing, improving confidence in pipeline data across regions.
Smarter AI Coach Scenarios from Compass
Description: When launching an AI Coach session from a Compass deal, the generated scenario now incorporates more context from the deal — including specific questions, objections, and concerns the prospect has raised.
Solution & Impact: Reps get more relevant and realistic practice scenarios tied directly to their live deals, helping them prepare for the actual conversations they need to have. This makes AI Coach sessions meaningfully more useful when launched from Compass.

AISR
Custom Agent Logo in AI Sales Rooms
Description: Sales Room creators can now upload a custom logo for the AI agent directly from AI Sales Room Settings > Agent Settings. The custom logo is scoped to that specific room and carries over when the room is saved as a template. If no logo is uploaded, the default Letter logo is used.
Solution & Impact: Teams can fully brand the agent experience within their Sales Rooms, ensuring the presentation is consistent with their company identity.

Feedback Only Scorecards
Description: Admins and owners can now mark individual scorecard criteria as "Feedback Only," disabling numeric scoring for those criteria while still receiving qualitative AI feedback.
Solution & Impact: Teams that want the AI to evaluate certain behaviors without affecting a rep's numeric score — such as soft skills or exploratory criteria — can now configure scorecards with that level of control. This gives admins more flexibility in how AI evaluations are structured and how scores are communicated to reps.
