Description: Enable users to generate AI Sales Rooms using a new “Create with AI” option, automatically customizing content based on CRM data, selected templates, and user inputs.
Solution & Impact: Users can select an opportunity, template, and optional inputs (e.g., description, brand colors, logo), allowing AI to generate a fully tailored Sales Room. The AI dynamically updates key blocks (text, surveys, branding, embedded content) using CRM context, while resetting workflows (tasks, forms, checklists) for a fresh experience.

Description: Introduced a new Content Analytics page with a dropdown to toggle between Overall Content and By Content, along with expanded filters for learning types, content, users, and date range.
Solution & Impact: Provides a unified view to analyze performance across all assets, with new tables for Expired & Expiring Content, Top Content, Stale Content, Content Governance, and Feedback—making it easier to monitor health, prioritize updates, and drive better content decisions.

Notes tab on deal pages in Compass
Description: Reps can open a new Notes tab on each deal to capture internal context. Notes use a rich text editor, support multiple titled, dated note files per deal, and follow the same access rules as the rest of the deal. Everything is saved to the deal, editable by authorized users, and structured so notes can feed agents and downstream context (insights and recommendations).
Solution & impact: Compass becomes the place reps maintain their own deal narrative without leaving the workflow, while the product gains structured, permission-aware text tied to each deal for better coaching, handoffs, and automation. A future step is surfacing Salesforce notes in a read-only block on the same tab so CRM and rep-authored notes stay in one view.
