Embed Document Sets in Sales Rooms and Landing Pages
Description: Full document sets — including their folder structure — can now be added directly into AI Sales Rooms and landing pages, so multi-document collections like support libraries appear as a single browsable block.
Solution & Impact: Teams with large, structured content libraries can share them in a Sales Room without breaking them into dozens of individual links, making it easier for buyers to self-serve and for reps to keep everything in one place.
Generate and Regenerate HTML Blocks with AI
Description: HTML blocks in Sales Rooms and landing pages can now be generated or regenerated with an AI prompt, with a live rendered preview you can accept, edit, or re-prompt before saving.
Solution & Impact: Building and refining custom HTML content is faster and more accessible, since teams no longer need to hand-code changes or guess how markup will render before publishing.
Create AI Documents from the Create Content Page
Description: AI Docs now have their own creation flow from the Create Content page, matching the experience already available for AI slides, with translation support included.
Solution & Impact: Teams can generate polished documents directly within Letter AI, with the same translation capabilities as other AI content types, reducing the need for outside tools.
Hide Source Shortcuts per Asset
Description: A new toggle lets you hide source shortcuts (like "Open in Google Drive") on individual assets, available during bulk upload and on the publish step, and on by default.
Solution & Impact: Organizations with stricter access requirements can control, at the asset level, whether users can jump to the original source file — useful for teams that want content access contained within Letter AI.
RFP
RFP
Export RFP Answers Back to the Original Source File
Description: Once an RFP has been answered in Letter AI, you can now export the completed responses back into the original file you uploaded — preserving its structure, columns, and formatting — instead of a generic output document.
Solution & Impact: Teams can hand back RFPs in the exact template the prospect provided, with no manual copy-paste or reformatting, keeping submissions clean and on-format.
Tone, Branding, and Default Templates for RFPs
Description: A new RFP tab in team settings lets teams define tone and branding guidelines and upload default DOCX and XLSX templates, which are applied automatically to generated RFP outputs.
Solution & Impact: RFP responses come out consistent with your brand voice and formatting from the start, so teams spend less time reformatting generated documents before sending them to prospects.
Choose Which Columns to Answer on RFP Upload
Description: When uploading a spreadsheet RFP, you can now pick exactly which columns and tabs should be answered and filled, and any existing content in other columns is left untouched.
Solution & Impact: Uploads no longer risk overwriting answers you've already written, giving teams precise control over what gets generated versus preserved.
Learning
Learning
Column Layout Blocks in Interactive Learning
Description: 2 and 3 column horizontal and vertical layout blocks, already available in landing pages and Sales Rooms, are now available when building Interactive Learning content.
Solution & Impact: Course builders have more flexibility to structure content visually, keeping Interactive Learning design consistent with what's already possible elsewhere in Letter AI.
Interactive Blocks in Section-Mode Course Generation
Description: Section-mode course generation can now select interactive blocks, so generated sections include interactive content instead of coming back empty.
Solution & Impact: Courses built in section mode are now as rich as those built in duration mode, giving admins consistent, interactive results regardless of which generation mode they choose.
MCP
MCP
Expanded MCP Capabilities
Description: MCP now supports listing a user's assignments, listing landing pages, and searching RFP content and document set children — capabilities already available to the AI Agent, now available through MCP.
Solution & Impact: Teams building on MCP get feature parity with the native Agent, making it easier to build custom integrations and workflows around assignments, landing pages, and RFP or document set content.
Settings
Settings
View Who's Included in Assignment Automations
Description: The assignment automations page now includes a quick view showing exactly which users are currently active in each automation.
Solution & Impact: Admins can confirm automation targeting at a glance, without needing to cross-reference user lists manually.
Configurable Approval Workflows for Content
Description: Owners and admins can now configure named approvers for content, choosing between pooled approval (any one approver can approve) or all-approve (every approver must approve, with an optional sequential order). Every approve or deny action emails the uploader with each approver's status. Approvers now have dashboards to bulk edit and approve content, and creators have their own dashboard to view the status of their content.
Solution & Impact: Teams with content governance requirements can enforce sign-off before publishing, with the flexibility to match how their approval process actually works — whether that's a single reviewer or a strict, ordered chain.
Required Tags for Publishing
Description: Admins can now mark a tag category as required in team settings. Once required, users must select a value for that tag before publishing or republishing content — whether uploading a single asset or in bulk — with a red border, tooltip, and disabled publish button flagging anything missing.
Solution & Impact: Compliance-critical tagging, like content classification or region, can now be enforced at the point of publish rather than caught after the fact, and existing published content isn't retroactively affected.
Analytics
Analytics
Competency Score vs. Quota Attainment Matrix
Description: A new chart in Team Analytics plots each rep's competency proficiency score against quota attainment with the ability to drill into a specific competency area.
Solution & Impact: Enablement leaders and managers can visually connect coaching and competency data to revenue performance, making it easier to prove enablement's impact and identify who needs targeted coaching versus who's already performing well.
Clickable Metrics with Drill-Down
Description: Numeric counts in Analytics — starting with the Top Content table — are now clickable, opening a modal with the underlying assets or users that make up that number, each linking directly to their own analytics.
Solution & Impact: Admins and owners can go from a high-level number straight to the specific content or users behind it, speeding up audits and follow-up actions without leaving the Analytics page.
