Compass

AI Docs Share Link & Push to Sales Room

  • Description: Users can now instantly create a share link or push an AI-generated document directly to a related Sales Room from the AI Docs tab within a deal in Compass.

  • Solution & Impact: Sellers no longer need to leave the deal view to distribute content. With one click, AI Docs can be shared externally via link or added to the deal's Sales Room, accelerating how quickly personalized materials reach buyers and keeping everything organized within the deal context.

Call Library Filters: Deal, Deal Owner & Call Duration

  • Description: The Compass Call Library now includes three new filters — Deal, Deal Owner, and Call Duration — giving users more precise control over how they search and browse recorded calls.

  • Solution & Impact: Sales managers and reps can quickly narrow the call library to specific deals, owners, or call lengths, making it faster to find relevant recordings for coaching, review, or deal preparation.

Content

Content Quality Scorecard

  • Description: Every file uploaded through the bulk upload page now receives an AI-generated quality score, visible in a new Quality tab. Scores evaluate content across key dimensions and surface issues before files enter the knowledge base. Owners and Admins will need to opt-in in Team Settings > Content Scorecards.

  • Solution & Impact: Owners, Admins, and Managers can now identify and address low-quality content at upload time rather than after it's been distributed. This ensures the knowledge base stays accurate and complete.

Thumbnail Generation at Upload

  • Description: Content thumbnails are now generated and editable during the upload stage, eliminating the need to return to the content after publishing to set a thumbnail.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins and creators can finalize how content appears in the library in a single workflow, saving time and ensuring every asset has a polished, representative thumbnail from the moment it's published.

Slide Template Preview

  • Description: An eye icon now appears on each template thumbnail in the Define Needs step, opening a full-view modal so users can preview a slide template before selecting it.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can make more informed template selections before generating content, reducing the need to regenerate slides due to unexpected layout or design choices.

Agent

MCP Client Integrations

  • Description: The Letter AI Agent now supports connecting external platforms as MCP (Model Context Protocol) clients. Glean and Intercom are now available as configurable MCP integrations, allowing the Agent to proxy tools from those platforms and incorporate their data into responses.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams that rely on Glean for enterprise search or Intercom for customer communications can now surface that data directly through the Letter AI Agent — without switching tools. This expands the Agent's ability to answer questions with live, cross-platform context, making it a more powerful single point of access for sales and support workflows.

Analytics

Pathway-Assigned Learning in Analytics

  • Description: Learning modules assigned through a Learning Pathway now appear individually in Analytics and assignment management views. Each module shows its assignment method — whether assigned via Pathway, Access Group, or directly — and users assigned through a pathway are correctly reflected as "Assigned."

  • Solution & Impact: Admins and managers now have accurate, complete visibility into learner progress regardless of how content was assigned. Previously, pathway-assigned learnings would show blank analytics or an incorrect "Not Assigned" status — this fix ensures reporting reflects reality and eliminates confusion for managers tracking team completion.

Learning

Improved Retry Flow for Learning Modules

  • Description: Learners who do not pass a learning assessment can now retry selectively. Rather than repeating the entire experience, the retry flow targets only the areas where the learner underperformed, showing relevant materials and questions based on their previous attempt.

  • Solution & Impact: This creates a more efficient and less frustrating remediation experience. Learners spend time on what they actually need to improve, leading to faster skill gains and higher completion rates — while reducing the burden of unnecessary repetition for those who were close to passing.

Increased Question Limit for Learning Assessments

  • Description: The maximum number of questions per question type in the Review Outline step has been raised from 10 to 20 for Interactive Learning, Video-Based Learning, and Avatar-Led Learning.

  • Solution & Impact: Users building more comprehensive assessments are no longer capped at 10 questions per type. This allows for deeper knowledge checks and more thorough evaluations across all supported learning formats.

Activity Blocks: Combined Screenshot & Text Submission

  • Description: Learners can now upload a screenshot and write a text response in the same activity block submission. Previously, uploading an image would clear any written response already entered — the two inputs now save together as a single submission.

  • Solution & Impact: Learners can provide full context in one response without losing their written commentary when attaching a screenshot. This addresses recurring feedback across cohorts and removes a frustrating limitation in the activity submission experience.

Block Builder

Interactive Avatar Block — Now Available Across Sales Rooms & Learnings

  • Description: The Interactive Avatar block, previously available only in Landing Pages, has been expanded and is now rolling out to AI Sales Rooms and Learning content. The block embeds a conversational AI avatar directly into your content, enabling real-time persona-driven interactions for viewers.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams can now deliver engaging, interactive avatar experiences across the full content lifecycle — from prospect-facing Sales Rooms to employee Learning content. Viewers can ask questions and get instant, contextual responses without leaving the page, driving higher engagement and enabling more personalized experiences at scale.
