Content

Translations for Excel and Google Sheets

  • Description: Excel and Google Sheet files in the Content Library can now be translated. A language dropdown appears in the Publish step, translated versions are stored alongside the original, and users can switch between languages in Preview. Translated files can be downloaded or opened in Google Drive. Translated content includes cell values, headers, formulas, and comments.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams no longer need to manually maintain separate spreadsheet files per language. Translation now works the same way it does for slides, giving organizations a consistent, scalable approach to localizing all their content.

Analytics

Hire Date Filter in Analytics and Learning Assignments

  • Description: Hire Date is now available as a filter across all Analytics tabs and in Manage Assignment — when enabled in Settings > Manage Users > User Properties. Supports date range filtering with From and To inputs to segment users by employee tenure.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams can now segment analytics and target assignments based on employee tenure — useful for onboarding cohorts, tenure-based engagement analysis, and targeted remediation programs.

Tooltips on Analytics Tables

  • Description: All analytics tables now include tooltips explaining what each metric measures, accessible directly within the table view.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins and managers can understand what each column represents in context, reducing confusion and the need to consult documentation separately.

Learning

Schedule Assignments by Date and Time

  • Description: The Assignment Automations builder now supports a Date & Time trigger, allowing admins to schedule a learning assignment to be delivered at a specific date and time. A User condition can also target specific individuals. Assignments are automatically delivered at the scheduled moment without any manual intervention.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams can pre-schedule training well in advance — delivering onboarding content on a new hire's first day or follow-up training right after a live event — with no manual effort at delivery time.

AI Coach

Limit Practice Runs per User

  • Description: Admins can now set a maximum number of practice runs per user for any AI Coaching assignment, independently from the limit on recorded sessions. Both limits are configured separately on the same assignment.

  • Solution & Impact: Organizations can enforce intentional practice limits so learners commit to a recorded submission rather than practicing indefinitely, giving admins finer control over learner engagement.

Interactive Learning

Customize AI-Generated Thumbnail Instructions

  • Description: Organizations can provide custom brand guidance for AI-generated thumbnail images in a new org-level settings tab. Brand colors are pre-filled from org settings and can be overridden. Custom instructions layer on top of the base prompt and apply across all thumbnail paths: learning, content, AI Sales Rooms, learning pathways, and ILP.

  • Solution & Impact: AI-generated thumbnails now reflect an organization's visual identity without custom engineering. Teams keep generated images consistent across all their Letter AI content.

Single Choice Survey Question

  • Description: A Single Choice (radio-style) survey question type is now available across AI Sales Rooms, Interactive Learning, Avatar-Led Learning, Video-Based Learning, and Internal Landing Pages. Learners select exactly one answer from a list of options. Each option can include an optional explanation, and aggregate results are viewable in the survey results modal.

  • Solution & Impact: Single Choice questions unlock reflective survey use cases with mutually exclusive answers — such as self-identifying role or experience level. Combined with Multiple Choice, teams now have a complete survey toolkit for gathering learner feedback without scoring.

Avatar-Led Learning

Insert Images from Source Documents

  • Description: Images from reference materials are now automatically inserted into Avatar-Led Learning modules during content generation, matching the existing behavior for Interactive Learning.

  • Solution & Impact: Avatar-Led Learning modules are now richer and more visually consistent with other learning types. Creators no longer need to manually locate and insert images from their source materials.

SCORM Support

SCORM v2 Support for Interactive Learning

  • Description: Interactive Learning courses can now be delivered via SCORM v2 through any compatible LMS using an iFrame. Two URLs are provided: one for learners to take the course and one for viewing results. All course features are identical to the native Letter AI experience.

  • Solution & Impact: Organizations using a third-party LMS can now embed and track Letter AI Interactive Learning content directly — without requiring learners to leave their existing LMS environment. This removes a major deployment barrier for LMS-first organizations.

SCORM 2004 Export for AI Roleplay Experiences

  • Description: AI Roleplay experiences can now be exported as SCORM 2004 packages for upload to any SCORM 2004-compatible LMS, including Workday. Each experience exports as a single package. Learner progress and completion are tracked through SCORM 2004, and the full AI Roleplay experience — including practice, recording, scorecard, and avatar — is preserved after import.

  • Solution & Impact: Organizations on LMS platforms that only support SCORM 2004 can now deploy AI Roleplay experiences within their existing infrastructure. Learners get the full experience without leaving their LMS, and completion data flows back through standard SCORM reporting.

Compass

Hierarchical Account Owners Table

  • Description: The Account Owners table on the Compass home page now displays as a hierarchical tree — manager at the top with direct reports nested beneath — with accurate per-owner pipeline data at each level. Users can expand or collapse any node to drill into a sub-team or individual rep's numbers.

  • Solution & Impact: Sales leaders can quickly navigate team hierarchy and pipeline rollups without exporting data or switching tools. Each manager sees their own numbers alongside their team's, making it easier to identify coverage gaps and coach at the right level.

Integrations

RingCentral

  • Description: Letter AI now integrates with RingCentral to automatically pull call recordings into Letter AI, similar to existing Gong and Chorus integrations. RingCentral users can also DM the Letter AI agent directly within RingCentral messaging channels.

  • Solution & Impact: Sales teams using RingCentral can have their calls automatically ingested into Letter AI for transcription, scoring, insight generation, and coaching — without any manual downloading or uploading. RingCentral users also get direct access to the Letter AI agent without switching applications.
