AI Coach

AI Conversation Style and Type Controls

  • Description: Add optional Conversation Type and Conversation Style settings to AI Coach. These settings apply globally to the AI roleplay, including both personas in multi-agent scenarios. Existing AICs will be backfilled without these values.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can select a Conversation Type to define the interaction context and a Conversation Style to control how talkative the AI persona should be. Both fields support predefined options or freeform text (up to 40 characters) and allow users to shape agent behavior without modifying prompts. Backfilled scenarios will default to no Conversation Type and Neutral Conversation Style to preserve current behavior.

AI Avatar Guided Scorecard Walkthrough

  • Description: Launch an AI Avatar directly from the scorecard to receive an interactive, guided walkthrough of your roleplay assessment. The Avatar reviews each scorecard section, highlights key insights, and summarizes strengths and areas for improvement.

  • Solution & Impact: The Avatar delivers a step-by-step, conversational walkthrough of the scorecard, allowing users to ask questions and receive contextual feedback in real time. The interface supports flexible layouts (Avatar beside or above the scorecard), and the video automatically minimizes to the bottom-left corner when the user scrolls, ensuring the guidance remains accessible throughout the review.

Content

AISR & ILP Template Editing

  • Description: Admins, Owners, and Creators can now edit existing AISR and ILP templates without creating a replacement from scratch. Users can also archive the default Letter AI AISR template when needed.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins, Owners, and Creators can now edit or clone AISR and ILP templates directly, making it easy to update content, structure, without recreating templates from scratch. This saves time, reduces manual rework, and ensures teams are always working from the most up-to-date templates.

Analytics

New Data Connector Analytics Export: Learning Program Table

  • Description: Introduce a new Learning Program analytics export table in the Data Connector to provide detailed reporting on learning program assignments, progress, and performance.

  • Solution & Impact: The new table captures learning program structure, assignment details, completion status, scores, attempts, and submission activity, along with associated user and organizational metadata. This enables teams to analyze program participation, track learner progress, and measure outcomes more effectively in external BI tools and reporting systems.

Learning

Multiple Attachments for Activity Responses

  • Description: Users can now upload multiple attachments or screenshots when submitting an activity response, making it easier to provide all required evidence in a single submission.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can attach up to 5 files per activity response, and all uploaded files are displayed within the response for review. This makes submissions more complete, reduces the need for follow-up, and helps reviewers evaluate supporting evidence more efficiently.

Enable Exporting Translated/Localized Courses as SCORM & ALM Packages

  • Description: Admins and Owners can now export SCORM and ALM course packages in the currently selected course language, enabling localized versions of training content to be distributed to external LMS platforms.

  • Solution & Impact: Exports now automatically reflect the active language selected in the course UI, ensuring translated content is packaged correctly without requiring manual adjustments. This simplifies deploying multilingual training, saves time during course distribution, and ensures learners receive content in the intended language.

Letter Compass

Hubspot Integration

  • Description: A two-way integration connecting Compass to HubSpot so deal pipeline data stays in sync and coaching activity is visible in the CRM where reps and managers work.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can now browse their HubSpot deals from within Compass and import them into Deal Hub with one click. An auto-sync runs every 3 hours to detect changes in HubSpot, and when changes are detected, Compass automatically regenerates AI-powered deal insights to reflect the latest state of the deal. Teams can enable auto-import so that all active HubSpot deals are continuously synced into Deal Hub without any manual intervention. Completed coaching activity is pushed back to HubSpot as custom objects associated with each rep's contact record, giving managers full visibility into rep development without leaving their CRM.
