Letter Compass

Sales Framework for Deals

Description: Customizable sales frameworks used to evaluate and summarize deals in Letter Compass.

Solution & Impact: Letter Compass settings now include a Sales Framework Prompt Editor with nine templates (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, BANT, CHAMP, GPCTBA/C&I, SPICED, SPIN, ANUM). Admins can choose a framework and edit prompts for deal evaluation. The CustomerOverview component lets users edit deal insights in a rich text editor, with HTML sanitization for safe rendering. New API endpoints support get, update, and reset of framework settings. Teams can align on methodology without leaving the app.

Activity Timeline for Deals

Description: One place to see all engagement tied to a deal (emails, meetings, content views, and action completions).

Solution & Impact: A deal-level activity feed shows Salesforce emails (with AI summaries), Gong/Chorus calls, share link and AI Sales Room views, and action completions. View activities are surfaced on-the-fly from sessions linked to the deal’s opportunity. A “Populate emails” flow imports and summarizes Salesforce emails for the deal. Users can quickly see recent customer touches without switching tools. Infinite scroll and filtering make it easy to browse activity over time.

Content

Search Relevance Improvements

  • Description: Improve search relevance across the Content and Learning Libraries by increasing the weighting of asset titles, respecting double quotes for exact matches, and recognizing query intent for document types.

  • Solution & Impact: Search ranking now prioritizes asset titles over descriptions, tags, and keywords to ensure files with matching titles remain visible as queries become more specific. The system also allows users to search for exact phrases using quotation marks. In addition, search now detects implied asset types (e.g., deck, doc, spreadsheet, video) within queries and prioritizes those file types in the results, helping users surface the most relevant content faster.

Establish MCP Endpoints

  • Description: Establish Letter AI MCP server endpoints to give AI applications a standardized way to access organizational knowledge and tools.

  • Solution & Impact: This creates a secure, consistent integration layer for connecting AI assistants and applications to Letter AI content and capabilities, making it easier to extend knowledge access across external tools and experiences.
