Content

General Content

HTML Files as Content

  • Description: You can now add HTML files to the Content Library as their own content type. HTML files can be uploaded directly or added from an integration like SharePoint or Google Drive, and they appear as a new HTML file type.

  • Solution & Impact: HTML content renders in content previews, in share links, and in the block builder through embed content blocks and content shortcuts. Files added from an integration stay live-synced, so updating the source file updates the content in Letter without re-uploading. HTML content is tracked like any other content (views, downloads, assignments and usage), is available to the Agent/MCP and search, and supports translation.

AI Slides

Choose Layouts and Add Images When Adding or Regenerating Slides

  • Description: When you add a new slide or regenerate an existing one, you can now choose which template slide layout to use and attach an image. Images can be uploaded from your computer or selected from your existing image assets in Letter.

  • Solution & Impact: You can fine-tune individual slides in a generated deck without regenerating the whole thing. The image is placed in the layout's image placeholder and used alongside your prompt. When you add an image, choosing a layout is required so the image always has a place on the slide. Adding and regenerating slides is also faster.

RFP

View Golden Responses While Building RFP Responses

  • Description: A View Golden Responses button is now available in the Build Response step of the RFP builder, next to the lock icon. Previously, it was only available on the RFP Projects page.

  • Solution & Impact: You can open your Golden Responses library in a new tab while answering questions, so approved answers are easy to reference without leaving your RFP project.

Learning

AI Roleplay / AI Coach

Build Roleplays from Real Calls with the Call Library

  • Description: You can now pick calls straight from the Call Library when you build an AI Roleplay. Calls can be added as source material for the scenario, or as the Strong Interaction Example used to evaluate learners.

  • Solution & Impact: You no longer have to download recordings and upload them again. When you select a call, its transcript becomes usable reference content, so scenarios and evaluation examples come from real conversations. A Wall of Fame filter brings your top-performing calls to the top, which makes it easy to coach toward what your best reps already do.

Learning Pathways & Programs

Learning Programs Now Match Learning Pathways

  • Description: Learning Programs now have the same features as Learning Pathways: an introduction note, a summary banner, an Other Resources section, a leaderboard, certificates, and notification settings in Manage Assignment.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins can welcome learners and add supporting materials at the program level. They can also recognize top performers and award certificates when learners finish. Automatic emails for due-soon, overdue and completed programs keep learners on track without manual follow-up.

Video Based Learning

Add Supporting Materials to Video Based Learning

  • Description: You can now add optional reference files next to your source video when creating Video Based Learning. Supported sources are the same as Interactive Learning: Content Library, uploaded files, web URLs, text input and integrations.

  • Solution & Impact: The generated learning now uses everything you add, not just what's said in the video, so the content is more complete and accurate. A video is still required as the primary source.

Analytics

Saved Views in Analytics

  • Description: Admins can save filter configurations in Analytics as named views. Each view can be public (shared with your org) or personal.

  • Solution & Impact: Frequently used reports are one click away instead of being rebuilt every session. Saved views persist across sessions, follow the same pattern as saved views in the Content and Learning libraries, and are specific to the Analytics tab they were created on.

  • Coming soon: Currently live in Overall Analytics, to be rolled out on all tabs next.
