Agent

Create Interactive Learning Courses via the Agent

  • Description: You can now build an Interactive Learning course by chatting with the Agent instead of starting from scratch in the editor. The Agent asks about your title, description, audience, and tone, searches your content library for relevant source material, and generates a full outline and course automatically.

  • Solution & Impact: Course creators get a fast, conversational way to spin up new Interactive Learning content grounded in existing library material — the result lands in the familiar editor for review and refinement.

Learning

Survey Rating Block: Editable Scale

  • Description: The Survey Rating block in Interactive Learning no longer has a fixed 1–5 scale. You can now set the maximum up to 100 — scales of 10 or under keep the familiar number selector, and anything larger switches to a slider.

  • Solution & Impact: This unlocks new survey types like NPS (1–10) and other larger rating scales, giving course creators the flexibility to match the survey format they actually need.

Add Landing Pages to Learning Pathways

  • Description: Landing pages can now be added as a module within a Learning Pathway, alongside your other content types.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins can build more complete pathways that include landing pages, with progress tracked the same way as other pathway content — a module is marked complete as soon as the learner visits it.

Delete Video Blocks in Video-Based Learning

  • Description: You can now delete a video block within a Video-Based Learning course directly from the block menu, while keeping its associated questions.

  • Solution & Impact: Course creators can remove a video that's no longer relevant without losing the assessment questions tied to it, making it easier to keep VBL courses current.

Content

Delete Slides

  • Description: In the Review Content step of the AI Slide Creator, you can now delete individual slides, not just reorder them. A confirmation prompt warns that deletion can't be undone.

  • Solution & Impact: Creators have full control to remove unwanted slides before publishing, without needing to regenerate the whole deck.

RFP

Tag-Based Filtering for RFP Content Generation

  • Description: You can now select specific tags before generating RFP responses, scoping generation to only the content and learning library items that carry those tags.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams managing multiple product lines can ensure RFP answers pull from the right, relevant content set, improving consistency and accuracy across responses.

MCP

Call Recordings & Meeting Scorecards

  • Description: Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and completed meeting and deal scorecards are now available through the Letter AI MCP, alongside the AI coaching scorecards already exposed.

  • Solution & Impact: Developers and admins can build custom reports, surface coaching insights, and analyze themes across meetings and deals using this data programmatically.

AI Sales Room Visitor Questions

  • Description: MCP analytics now expose the questions visitors ask the agent inside a shared AI Sales Room, along with the agent's responses and viewer identity where available.

  • Solution & Impact: CSMs and RevOps teams can build automated workflows around real buyer intent signals, without manually checking each Sales Room.

Deal Data

  • Description: Compass deal data — including deal lists, stages, and deal detail — is now available through the MCP.

  • Solution & Impact: This gives developers programmatic access to deal information, laying the groundwork for richer MCP-powered reporting and workflows.

Create AI Sales Rooms and AI Roleplay Drafts

  • Description: New MCP capabilities let you kick off an AI Sales Room or an AI Roleplay draft programmatically — guiding you through the required details, generating the draft, and returning a link to review.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams building custom integrations or automations can now create these assets directly through the MCP rather than only through the Letter AI interface.
