Folder-Level Access Group Permissions

  • Description: Admins and Owners can now set access group permissions directly on a folder through a new "Access" option in the folder menu. Those permissions apply to every document and subfolder inside, including content added later and content synced from Google Drive or SharePoint.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins no longer need to apply the same access settings to documents one by one. Changes to a folder's access groups cascade to everything inside it. Inherited groups appear grayed out in a child's Access modal and cannot be removed, but you can add more groups or grant edit access on top of them.

Asset Owners Can Always Edit Their Assets

  • Description: Asset owners can now edit their assets even when their access group doesn't have edit permission, such as when a new owner is assigned to an existing public asset.

  • Solution & Impact: Owners can keep their own content up to date without an admin changing access group settings. Approval settings still apply, so owners can't publish or override approvals when approvals are enabled.

Learning

AI Video: Agentic Build and Redesigned Create Flow (Content, General Content)

  • Description: AI Video creation now uses an agentic flow and an updated layout. After you click Next, a live chat replaces the endless spinner. You can answer the agent’s follow-up questions, add instructions, and watch generation progress.

  • Solution & Impact: Higher-quality videos, because the agent can ask for what it needs mid-generation. Generation keeps running if you close the modal or go back, so you can keep working.

  • Known issue: Before generating, you’ll be asked to approve the blueprint, but the blueprint isn’t shown yet. Click Approve to continue. We’re working on a fix so you can review it first.

Voice Input for Large Text Boxes

  • Description: Multi-line fields across the platform now have a microphone button. This covers AI document and slide deck prompts, the Learning builder and pathways, AI Coach, AI Sales Rooms, AI Video and avatar blocks, Analytics, Copilot and Settings.

  • Solution & Impact: Speak long prompts and instructions instead of typing them. Your speech is transcribed into the field, and you can edit it before submitting.

AISR and Landing Pages

Live Block Templates

  • Description: Block templates can now be edited directly, and blocks created from a template stay linked to it. Updating a block template automatically pushes the changes to every block built from it, without syncing the entire page. This extends live page templates down to the block level, and page-level and block-level sync can coexist on the same page. Available for AI Sales Rooms and Landing Pages.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins no longer need to recreate a block template to change it, or update each block by hand. One edit to the source block template keeps every linked block consistent.

Logo Upload for HTML Blocks

  • Description: When you generate or regenerate an HTML block, you can now upload a logo file directly with your prompt. The image is placed into the generated HTML for you. Available in AI Sales Rooms and Landing Pages. Support for more images and reference files in HTML blocks is coming soon.

  • Solution & Impact: Branded blocks no longer need a follow-up prompt or a manual image swap. Add your logo once with the prompt and it appears in the generated block, so pages look on-brand from the first generation.

Agent & MCP

Create AI Roleplays with the Agent

  • Description: The Letter Agent can now create AI Roleplays from a conversation, matching what was already possible through the MCP.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams can spin up roleplay practice scenarios without leaving the Agent, so reps get new practice faster and enablement teams spend less time on setup.

Klue MCP Connector

  • Description: Letter AI now connects to Klue through MCP, so Klue competitive intelligence can be used within Letter AI.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams that rely on Klue can bring that context into their Letter AI workflows without switching tools.

Settings

User Management

Access Group Protection for SCIM-Enabled Orgs

  • Description: When SCIM is enabled for access groups, access group assignments can no longer be edited anywhere in Letter. The access group dropdown on a user account stays visible but disabled, with a note that groups are controlled by your identity provider. Admins also see a warning before renaming an access group while SCIM is on.

  • Solution & Impact: Your identity provider stays the single source of truth for access group membership, so manual assignments are no longer silently overwritten or lost during a sync.

Analytics

Saved Views Across All Analytics Tabs

  • Description: Admins and owners can now save, reuse and share filter configurations on Team (Overall and By User), Learning (Overall and By Learning), Content (Overall and By Content), Agent, and AI Sales Rooms analytics, building on Saved Views already available in Overall Analytics. Each saved view applies only to the tab where it was created.

  • Solution & Impact: Share and return to the reports you check most with one click instead of rebuilding filters each time.

Bulk Export for Content Analytics Drill downs

  • Description: Bulk export from Overall Content now includes the data behind the drill downs reports for Top Content, Stale Content and Content Feedback. Each drill down gets its own sheet next to the existing summary table. Examples are views, unique views, subscribers, AI Agent source, AISR views, share links, learning, AISR and landing page references, and total feedback.

  • Solution & Impact: Analyze who viewed, referenced or gave feedback on your content offline, without exporting one asset at a time.

Learning Program & Pathway Analytics: Deeper Links and Assignment Visibility

  • Description: You can now click into a Learning Pathway from the Learning Program analytics table, and into individual modules from the Pathway Deep Dive table, to open the matching By Learning or By Content analytics page. Pathway users now show how they were assigned (Direct, Access Group, or Learning Program), and program-assigned pathways are included in Learning and Team analytics, with filtering by assignment type.

  • Solution & Impact: Move from program-level progress to the exact pathway, module, or learner behind it in a few clicks, and see where every assignment came from so progress tracking is accurate.
