Content

Folder-Level Approval Permissions

  • Description: Admins can now assign approvers directly on a folder in the Content Library, with settings inherited by child folders as a starting point that can still be customized at each level. A new bulk view in Settings > Manage Approvers also lets admins apply one approval flow across multiple folders at once, showing how many are selected.

  • Impact: Gives admins fine-grained, folder-specific control over content approvals, plus a faster way to configure approvers across many folders at once.

Add Your Own Content Into Synced Folders

  • Description: Users can now add new folders and files, or move existing content, directly into a synced Document Set's folder structure — synced content stays locked, while your own additions remain fully editable. Synced documents also now appear individually in the Content Library, not just nested inside the folder view.

  • Impact: Lets teams organize Letter-native content alongside real-time-synced content in the same structure, instead of keeping the two separate.

Larger File Uploads in Files & Embed Blocks

  • Description: The file size limit for Files and Embedded Content blocks has increased to 10 GB.

  • Impact: Lets teams upload larger files — like long-form videos or large design assets — without hitting the previous 5 GB limit.

MCP

AI Docs & AI Slides Creation via MCP

  • Description: You can now generate AI Docs and AI Slides decks — either linked to a Compass deal or as standalone assets — directly from your MCP-connected AI assistant, without switching into the Letter AI app.

  • Impact: Produce customer-ready documents and decks as part of your existing workflow, without needing to context-switch into Letter AI to create content.

Learning

Branded AI Video Output

  • Description: AI Video agents now apply an org's imported brand kit (colors, fonts, logo) and custom pronunciation glossary together in a single generation step, so every video is on-brand and pronounces key terms correctly.

  • Impact: Removes manual rebranding and enables pronunciation control from the video workflow, so creators get polished, on-brand content at scale with no extra editing.

Collaborators for Learning Assets

  • Description: The Collaborators feature, previously limited to AI Sales Room, now extends to Learning assets, letting admins, owners, and managers grant internal users edit or comment access to specific blocks without handing over full ownership.

  • Impact: Teams can review and contribute to Learning content in parallel instead of routing every change through a single owner, speeding up publishing.

  • Coming Soon: Collaborator support for AI Roleplay, Internal Landing Pages and Dynamic Content.

Visual Video Grading

  • Description: Uploaded video submissions in activity questions are now evaluated against the written evaluation criteria using both on-screen visual content and spoken audio, with an explanation of how each score was reached.

  • Impact: Learners get more accurate grades that reflect what actually happens in their video, not just what's said out loud.

Gemini Voice for AI Roleplay

  • Description: Multi-agent roleplay scenarios now support Google's Gemini as a voice model provider, giving orgs a choice of which AI voice engine powers their roleplay agents.

  • Impact: Gives admins more flexibility to match voice quality, language coverage, and cost to their training needs.

Analytics

Bulk Actions in Analytics

  • Description: Learning Analytics tables now have consistent select-all and bulk action controls, letting admins delete, edit due dates, mark complete, or email across multiple users at once, with multi-assignment emails automatically consolidated into a single reminder.

  • Impact: Cuts down repetitive manual work for admins and managers managing overdue or upcoming assignments across a team.

Translations

Swedish Language Support

  • Description: Swedish is now available as a supported language for text translations, video dubbing, and the AI agent.

  • Impact: Expands Letter's reach to Swedish-speaking learners and customers without requiring workarounds.
