Replace the assignment user pop-up with a dedicated Learning Assignments Page, introducing a tabbed structure for assigning learning, managing assignments, notifications, and improved navigation to exit and return to learning.
Assign Users Tab
Description: Introduce a User Selection table for assigning learning to individual users, displaying all unassigned users with rich identity-based attributes, and supporting sorting, filtering, bulk selection, and spreadsheet uploads to streamline user enrollment.
Solution & Impact: Simplify and accelerate individual learning assignments by making it easy to find, select, and enroll the right users at scale while preventing duplicate assignments and reducing manual effort.
Manage Users Tab
Description: Enhance the User Assignments sub-tab Manage Users to display all users (including access-group-assigned users), enable search, filters, and introduce bulk actions for editing due dates and removing assignments.

Analytics: SSO User Properties Filtering (By Content Analytics)
Description: Extend By Content Analytics filters to include SSO user properties: Division, Region, Department, Job Title, and Segment. Filters apply AND logic across categories and OR logic within categories.
Solution & Impact: Allow enterprises using SSO (e.g., Okta) to accurately analyze content engagement and completion by team, region, and organizational structure without relying on access groups alone.
