Incorporate Conversation History into Agent Context

  • Description: Introduced conversation-aware context for the AI Agent, enabling it to incorporate relevant prior messages when handling follow-up questions. The system detects follow-ups, synthesizes past context with the current query, and prioritizes the most relevant history.

  • Solution & Impact: The Agent now delivers more accurate, context-aware responses across multi-turn conversations without added latency. Users experience improved continuity in interactions, while fallback logic ensures consistent performance when no relevant history is found.

AI Change Summary & Preview Mode for Sales Room Generation

  • Description: Introduced a dedicated Preview Mode with a change summary panel once an AI Sales Room has been generated with AI. After generation, rooms automatically open in preview mode with a clear banner and a persistent right-side panel that outlines all AI-driven updates by block, including change types, affected elements, and summaries.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins and owners can now quickly review, validate, and navigate all AI-generated changes in one place. Deep links allow users to jump directly to updated blocks, while reject actions provide easy comparison to the original template. This improves transparency, speeds up QA, and gives users greater control before publishing AI-generated rooms.

Landing Page Ownership Controls

  • Description: Added Owner support to Landing Pages, including the ability to assign and edit an owner during publishing. An Owner dropdown is now available on the Publish page, and ownership is reflected in a new column within the Landing Page library.

  • Solution & Impact: This update brings Landing Pages in line with other content types, improving accountability and content governance. Users can easily identify and manage ownership, ensuring pages stay accurate and up to date.

ServiceNow Knowledge Base Integration

  • Description: Introduced support for ServiceNow Knowledge Base integration, enabling teams to connect and import knowledge articles directly into Letter AI as content.

  • Solution & Impact: This integration allows organizations to leverage existing ServiceNow content within Letter AI, ensuring users have access to centralized, up-to-date information without duplicating effort.

Figma Integration (Beta)

  • Description: Added support for Figma content in bulk uploads through a new integration, allowing users to include Figma slides and design files using embed URLs instead of iFrames.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can now incorporate Figma assets directly into Letter AI content workflows, improving accessibility and consistency across design and presentation materials. While content indexing is not yet supported, this integration lays the foundation for deeper search and AI capabilities in future updates.

Learning Pathways: Auto-Calculated Assignment Due Dates

  • Description: Assignment due dates are now automatically calculated based on the final due date defined at the track level. When assigning learning, the system defaults the due date using the track’s timeline, displayed in days from the assignment date.

  • Solution & Impact: This ensures consistency between track timelines and individual assignments, reducing manual input and errors. Users can still adjust the due date, switch to a specific date, or remove it entirely. Existing assignments remain unchanged, and this behavior only applies to new assignments going forward.

AI Roleplay: Admin Control for Content & Learning Recommendations

  • Description: Added a new setting to AI Coach that allows admins to control whether content and learning recommendations are shown after evaluations. Recommendations are now turned off by default and can be enabled during the finalize step.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins gain full control over when recommendations are surfaced, ensuring a more intentional and customizable learner experience. This prevents unnecessary or premature suggestions while allowing teams to enable guidance when it’s most relevant.

Manager Hierarchy Filter Enhancements

  • Description: Updated the Manager filter to display a nested reporting hierarchy, allowing users to view and select managers and their direct and indirect reports in a structured, intuitive layout.

  • Solution & Impact: Users can now select a parent manager to automatically include their entire team in filters, with the flexibility to deselect specific individuals as needed. This streamlines reporting, improves accuracy, and makes it easier to analyze data across team structures.

Enhanced User Management & Bulk Updates

  • Description: Expanded the User Accounts table and export functionality to include all user properties (e.g., Department, Region, Division, Job Family). Added new fields to the bulk upload template and introduced an “Overwrite existing values” option during upload.

  • Solution & Impact: Admins can now view and export complete user data and perform bulk updates more efficiently. The overwrite option enables precise control over updates, reducing manual work and eliminating the need for a single owner to manage all user changes.
