Agent

Deep-Linked Citations to Specific Slides & Section

  • Description: Allow the agent to link directly to and highlight the exact slide, page, or cited section within a document.

  • Solution & Impact: Citations now include deep links that open directly to the referenced slide or section (PDF, PPTX, Word, Google Suite), with a link icon displayed inline once per citation and sources maintained at the bottom. If missing, deep-linked sources are auto-added.

Learning

Question Pooling & Randomized Test Attempts

  • Description: Enable admins to randomize questions on each test attempt so users see a different set every attempt.

  • Solution & Impact: With a Question Pooling toggle, admins set the number of questions per section via sliders. Each attempt randomly selects questions with no user-specific memory. If disabled, settings remain locked; if no questions exist, “No questions available” is shown.

Track-Level Due Dates

  • Description: Allow admins to set a single due date at the track level instead of managing module-level due dates, simplifying assignment management and improving clarity for users.

  • Solution & Impact: Module-level due dates are removed and replaced with a Track-Level “Complete within [X] days” setting. Track-level due dates do not dictate assignment due dates, you have flexibility to determine this as required.

Gated Learning Pathways

  • Description: Add a sequential learning toggle to require modules and tracks to be completed in order within a Learning Pathway.

  • Solution & Impact: Locked modules and tracks display clear disabled states and messaging until prior required content is completed. This ensures structured progression, reduces learner confusion, and reinforces intentional skill development.

Content

Create Multi-Content Share Link from Content Library

  • Description: Enable users to generate a single Share Link for one or multiple pieces of content directly from the Content Library in one step.

  • Solution & Impact: A new “Share Content” button in the Content Library allows users to select one or more shareable content items via a modal and generate a unified Share Link. Recipients access the content through a Sales Room with a single tab and content shortcut block, titled based on the Share Link name. Shared content is visible to the user as an AISR for tracking and analytics, streamlining external sharing while maintaining visibility and reporting.

Analytics

Add AI Practice Sessions to Data Connector Export

  • Description: Extend the AI Scorecard Submissions export to include AI Practice Sessions, capturing each practice run as a separate row with a new Session Type field (Practice or Recorded).

  • Solution & Impact: Practice sessions are now included in reporting, with scoring fields populated when available or left null if no submission exists. Sessions converted from Practice to Recorded are classified as Recorded. This provides a more complete view of coaching activity, usage trends, and performance analytics through data connectors.
