Description: Enable the Agent to hear and process system audio from videos played during screen sharing, ensuring the agent does not speak over demo content.

Solution & Impact: AI Coaching now detects and listens to video audio shared during demos, allowing it to pause or appropriately time responses instead of talking over playback. This creates a more realistic roleplay environment, improves demo flow, and ensures evaluations reflect the full presentation experience—including embedded video content.

Description: Allow users to view and download video files that were manually uploaded as part of an AI Coaching submission.

Solution & Impact: Manually submitted AIC video sessions can now be viewed and downloaded directly within Letter. This ensures full access to submission artifacts for review, coaching, and record-keeping, improving transparency and supporting better performance feedback workflows.

Description: Add a “Hide Scorecard from Learner” setting in learning settings (AI Coach, Interactive Learning, Video-Based Learning, and Avatar-Led Learning) that prevents learners from seeing their assessment scores and evaluation breakdowns after submission.

Solution & Impact: When enabled, learners can complete and submit assessments, receive completion confirmation (including confetti), without access to scores, evaluation criteria, or performance breakdowns. Admins retain full visibility into submission results and analytics to determine placement or performance outcomes.

Description: Enable keyword search and filtering on Internal Landing Pages and AI Salesrooms so users can quickly find relevant content across Preview and Published views.

Solution & Impact: A new Search and Filter control in the top bar allows users to dynamically narrow results using keyword search (across titles, descriptions, tags, content shortcuts, embedded content, and visible text) combined with content filters (across content shortcuts and embedded content). Results update in real time, hide non-relevant blocks, and display keyword counts per page—making it faster and easier to locate specific information within Landing Pages.

Description: Allow organizations to customize outbound emails with their company name, logo, and optional email banner, with branding levels determining which notifications reflect custom styling.

Solution & Impact: Email notifications now dynamically reflect branding completeness. Fully branded accounts (logo + banner + company name) receive customized styling across key lifecycle emails such as overdue reminders, learning pathway updates, and welcome emails. This ensures consistent brand representation across user notifications while maintaining graceful fallbacks for partially configured branding.

Description: Allow sales teams to insert Letter content directly within the Salesloft email creator without leaving their workflow.

Solution & Impact: A Letter icon in the email toolbar opens the Content Library. Users can select one item, adjust share settings, and insert the link directly into the email. This reduces friction and improves content consistency and efficiency.

Description: Enable ingestion of all Zendesk content so it is accessible to the AI Agent, shareable and viewable within Letter.

Solution & Impact: Zendesk knowledge base content is now securely synced to Letter and available to the AI Agent, with support for rich elements like images, GIFs, tables, and embedded links. Articles are previewable in-app, improving response accuracy and visibility without requiring users to leave Letter AI.
