Solution & Impact: Newly synced Gong calls are automatically evaluated using an LLM and matched to the appropriate scorecard based on opportunity attributes, transcript content, and scorecard metadata. Evaluations run immediately upon sync for eligible calls that meet minimum length requirements, ensuring fast, consistent feedback without manual effort. This enables scalable coaching, clearer performance tracking for managers, and the creation of a high-quality call library that reinforces best practices across teams.

Add Learning Pathway & Workflow Data to Data Connector Export
Description: Extend the Data Connector export to include Learning Pathway and Workflow (LPW) drill-down analytics, enabling deeper insight into how users progress through structured learning experiences.
Solution & Impact: The Data Connector export is enhanced with Learning Pathway, Track, and Module-level fields—such as pathway name and ID, track and module progress, due dates, scores, and completion status—while excluding redundant assignment-level metrics. This gives analytics and BI teams a more complete, structured view of learning engagement and outcomes, supporting more accurate reporting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Task Owner Name & Email Input Field
Description: Enable admins and owners to add a new user while assigning a task so tasks can be created on the fly during Sales Room creation without breaking workflow.
Solution & Impact: Task assignment is enhanced with an “Add user” option directly in the Task Tracker owner dropdown. When selected, a popup allows admins to create a new user profile with required fields (Email, First Name, Last Name) and optional fields (Company, Title), along with a checkbox to send an email notification. Upon creation, the user is immediately added as the task assignee, receives an invitation email to the sales room, and becomes available for future selection in the assignee dropdown. This streamlines task creation during live workflows, reduces context switching, and ensures tasks can be assigned instantly—even to users not yet in the system—improving speed, adoption, and accountability.
