Description: Enable users to add @Letter AI Co-Pilot to existing Slack threads—including bot- or workflow-generated threads.

Solution & Impact: Users can tag the AI within any thread. The AI only responds when explicitly mentioned, ensuring control and relevance, while preventing retroactive tagging via message edits.

Description: Deal cards in the pipeline view now show a warning icon when a deal's Salesforce data has changed and its insights haven't been updated yet.

Solution & Impact: A yellow warning icon appears on any deal card with detected Salesforce changes. Hover over the icon to see a summary of what has changed. The icon disappears automatically once the deal's insights are refreshed, keeping your pipeline view accurate and up to date.

Description: Add targeted learning and content recommendations to AIC scorecards so users receive relevant in-platform training when they need improvement in specific skill areas.

Solution & Impact: Each recommended action can include up to 1 learning recommendation and 3 content recommendations, with a maximum of 3 learning and 6 content recommendations per scorecard. Recommendations are tailored based on the user’s skill gaps, learning performance across prior submissions, and, when relevant, additional roleplay opportunities—helping reps take immediate, personalized action to improve.
