Bulk Actions in Overall Content
Description: Admins and owners can now select multiple assets at once across the Expiring Content, Top Content, Stale Content, and Content Governance tables in Overall Content analytics and apply bulk edits in a single action.
Solution & Impact: Bulk actions include extending expiration dates, deleting assets, and managing share links, tags, access groups, priority source, content owner, realtime sync settings, and folder organization. This significantly reduces the manual effort required to maintain content health at scale, making it faster to clean up stale content, enforce governance policies, and update ownership across large libraries.

Multiple Choice Survey Question
Description: A new Multiple Choice question type is now available in Interactive Learning, allowing creators to add multi-select survey questions where learners choose one or more answers from a predefined list of options. Each option can also include an optional explanation.
Solution & Impact: This unlocks reflective learning use cases where questions are not graded as right or wrong — for example, capturing how learners self-identify their experience level or role. Ideal for manager training, onboarding assessments, and feedback collection where the goal is gathering perspective rather than testing knowledge.
Multiple Video Sources in Video-Based Learning Creation
Description: Admins and owners can now select multiple videos in Step 1 of the Video-Based Learning creation flow, combining related videos on the same topic into a single VBL. All selected videos are clearly displayed before proceeding, and the AI automatically arranges them in a logical order based on the prompt and video content.
Solution & Impact: Previously, VBL creation was limited to a single video source, requiring manual workarounds to cover multi-part topics. This update lets teams build richer, more comprehensive learning experiences from existing video content — without duplicating modules or stitching content together manually.
Assignment Automations
Description: Admins and owners can now build rules-based training automations in Team Settings using a Trigger + Condition(s) → Action model. Triggers include user property changes (Hire Date, Role, Access Group, Department, Region, Division, Manager), assignment status changes, and scheduled evaluations. Multiple conditions can be stacked to precisely target the right users. Actions include assigning any learning type — AI Roleplay, Interactive Learning, Video-Based Learning, Learning Pathway, and more — with configurable due dates and notification settings, or sending email notifications to managers, admins, or a static address.
Solution & Impact: Training assignments, remediation paths, and onboarding sequences now run entirely on autopilot — triggered by real user events rather than manual admin effort. The right learning reaches the right people at the right time, without requiring someone to monitor and manually assign content.

Kanban View for All Deals
Description: The All Deals section on the Compass home page can now be viewed as a stage-organized kanban board. Each column shows a deal count and a quick-add button to create deals directly into that stage.
Solution & Impact: Managers and VPs see pipeline distribution at a glance, take action on deals at any stage, and add new deals in context — all without leaving the dashboard.
