Compass

Agent

Ask the Agent Which Calls a Topic Came Up On

  • Description: You can now ask the Agent to find calls by what was said on them — "which calls did pricing pushback come up on", "who mentioned SOC 2", "which deals brought up a competitor" — and get the right calls back, rather than a list matched on meeting titles and participant names. Each match returns the passage that triggered it, with its timestamp where the transcript has one, so the citation takes you to the moment rather than to the whole call. You can also ask about what Compass already extracts from every call: sentiment, competitors mentioned, deal risk, and next steps. Results stay scoped to the calls you can already open, the same questions work through MCP, and if the Agent can't answer a content question it tells you instead of quietly falling back to matching titles.

  • Solution & Impact: Until now the Agent could narrow calls down by rep, deal, date, duration and scorecard score — but not by anything that was actually said, which is most of the reason a manager opens a call library in the first place. It also settles an inconsistency: searching the Call Library and asking the Agent the same question now return the same answer.

Integrations

Outlook Email Activity

  • Description: If your team runs on Outlook or Microsoft 365, you can now connect your mailbox from Integrations and see email threads on deal pages and activity feeds alongside meetings and calls.. New threads and replies keep syncing rather than importing once, and that activity feeds deal intelligence, engagement signals, and coaching views. Tenant-wide admin consent is supported for organizations whose policy blocks per-user consent, and mailbox access can be granted independently of calendar access.

  • Solution & Impact: This completes Outlook parity with the calendar integration that shipped earlier this month. Microsoft-stack teams no longer have a gap in their deal history where every email conversation should be, and activity-based deal tracking — which was effectively blind for those organizations — now sees the whole picture.

Momentum as a Call Source

  • Description: Compass now imports calls from Momentum, joining Gong, Chorus, Otter, Zoom and RingCentral. An admin connects Momentum from Integrations with an API key, and meetings appear in Compass within minutes of finishing processing — transcript, summary, attendee list, and playable recording. Calls that arrive with a CRM opportunity ID attach straight to the matching Compass deal; anything without one falls back to the inbuilt matching and stays manually linkable from the Call Library. Momentum meetings can also be imported into the content library from the upload page.

  • Solution & Impact: Teams that record on Momentum can adopt Compass without switching recorders or leaving their call history behind. And because Momentum passes the CRM opportunity ID with each meeting, those calls land on the right deal deterministically instead of being inferred from participants and email domains — the most common cause of a call showing up against the wrong opportunity.
