Org-Wide Unmatched Calls for Admins

  • Description: Owners and admins can now use the Filter on the Unmatched calls page to switch Visibility from My unmatched to All unmatched, and see every unmatched call in the organization rather than only the ones they were on — which means they can review them and attach them to the right opportunity themselves. While All unmatched is selected, a chip beside the tabs shows that you are looking at everyone's calls, and the setting returns to My unmatched at the start of each session. Reps and non-admin managers see no change: the Visibility option does not appear for them, and org-wide unmatched calls are not reachable for them through a direct link either.

  • Solution & Impact: Unmatched calls have always been scoped to the viewer's own calls. The side effect was that nobody could clear the backlog: an admin looking at an organization with a pile of unattached calls could only ever see their own, and matching anyone else's meant asking each rep to go do it themselves. Cleaning up call-to-deal matching can now be an admin responsibility rather than an org-wide chore.

Integrations

Outreach Voice Dialer Calls

  • Description: Calls your reps place through the Outreach Voice dialer now come into Compass as first-class call records. Outreach records the call natively, Compass pulls the recording once the call ends, and it runs through the same pipeline as any other call — transcript, AI summary, scorecards, and coaching — then matches to a CRM opportunity the same way a meeting does, and shows up in the Call Library for manual linking when it cannot be matched. Calls that never connected, and very short dials such as voicemail drops, are filtered out rather than transcribed and analyzed.

  • Solution & Impact: A recording bot can join a meeting, but it cannot join a phone call — so for teams doing most of their prospecting on the phone, the majority of their conversations were invisible to Compass, and coaching, scorecards, and deal intelligence saw only the calendared meetings. This makes it so that the recording is made by the dialer, and Compass collects it afterwards.

Outreach Sequence Context on Calls

  • Description: An admin can now connect Outreach from integration settings, and Compass keeps your Outreach prospects and the sequences they are on in sync from that point forward. A call's detail page then shows the matched Outreach prospect for its external participants, so you can see the cadence a conversation came out of without moving between two tools to work it out. The connection tile shows sync status, and prospects are matched on participant email address — the same way Compass matches CRM contacts.

  • Solution & Impact: This makes the most useful question about a sequence — which cadences actually produce conversations worth having — one you could not ask of your call data at all.
